Conditions of Use

1. Customers to provide full, accurate and legible information in the order process.
2. All prices are in UK Sterling.
3. All credit card payments must be authorized online. In the event of non-authorization of any credit card, We are not responsible for all or part failure or non-acceptance and non-authorization of such credit cards.
4. Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government. They are entirely your responsibility.
5. We are not be responsible for wrong delivery due to incorrect and/or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
6. Customers must provide 3 to 4 weeks for processing custom orders. In the event of any order that cannot be processed within 4 weeks, We will inform the customer at the earliest.
7. While we make every effort to accurately reproduce colours, there may be minor variations in the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes. Minor variation may occur in colour as seen on a computer against the actual colour of the outfit received.
8. All items offered are subject to availability at the time of placing your order.
9. If items are custom made, refunds or exchanges can only be made on faulty goods.
10. Designs and prices are subject to change without notice.
11. We take every good care to ship the orders in good condition, properly packed and wrapped. However, the package may be damaged due to delivery procedure and custom procedure at the destination country and we will not be responsible for the same.
12. Please provide us with your exact measurements in inches or centimeters. Do not add to your actual measurements. We will make the correct allowances for fabric shrinkage and for your comfort.
13. Stitched blouses are included with the saree as shown in the photograph only when the description clearly says so.
