We're committed to selling high-quality products we hope you'll enjoy using but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought. You can return your order for any reason, at any time within 7 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange*.

How to Return or Exchange:

1. There is no need to telephone us when sending us a return, just drop us an email stating your reasons to returns@firstlady-online.com.
2. Simply return the item to us in their original condition within 7 days of receipt.
3. Please take your parcel to the post office. We recommend that you send returns by recorded post. Always retain proof of postage. Goods are returned to us at your own expense.
4. We will email to confirm your return has been processed and will issue your refund credit or exchange immediately.
5. We will issue a full refund of the order (minus original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size/colour (subject to stock within 28 days).
6. Custom/made to measure items can only be returned if found to be faulty

* We're sorry but jewellery items like earrings, including jewellery boxes can't be exchanged or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons.
